This law became effective December 19, 2008.  Specific requirements for public swimming pools, spas, and wading pools must be met before these facilities can be operated after that date.

In summarization, the new law requires specific drain covers and has specific backup system requirements.  Contact your Tallman Pools representative for more information and/or to schedule your equipment upgrades.
